Below are a range of dental treatments we offer.
Dental Check-ups and Cleans
Routine check-ups are especially important in determining if there are any issues with your teeth. We would encourage patients to book in for their regular 6-month checkup and clean. Most of the cleans are carried out with our dental hygienists.
Filling are a procedure done when the teeth have been damaged due to decay. The process involves extracting the decay, treating the spot with a bonding agent, and then filling in the area with resin.
Root Canal Treatments
Root Canal Treatments are performed when the root of the tooth has been damaged due to injury or infection. The dentist first numbs the tooth, creates an opening through the crown, and takes out the infected tissue, after which the tooth is rebuilt, and a crown is placed on top to protect the tooth.
Wisdom Tooth Extraction
The last teeth to spout are the Wisdom teeth. These are located at the ends of both jaws. Sometimes the wisdom teeth may cause discomfort when erupting as they would be impacting on other teeth or if it is too far back for the toothbrush to reach will cause the tooth to decay. We would recommend having your wisdom teeth checked by our dentists to see if they need to be extracted.
Braces, Invisalign and ClearCorrect
We also offer teeth straightening treatments such as braces or clear braces. We also offer Invisalign (invisible braces) or ClearCorrect for patients seeking a more cosmetic approach. Not all patients are suitable for Invisalign treatments, a consultation with the dentist will be required before going ahead with any treatments.
Dentures are the artificial teeth which are put in place of missing teeth. We first take a mold of the entire jaw after which the natural-looking artificial teeth are then produced. We offer partial and full denture treatments at our clinic.
A dental implant is similar to a tooth root which is positioned inside the jawbone under the gum. An abutment is then placed on the implant and then a custom-made dental crown is fitted on top of the abutment.
Crowns and Bridges
We offer Crown and Bridges treatments which is usually treatment recommended when a tooth is too decayed or broken and requires a stronger solution than fillings.
As the name suggests, teeth whitening is a cosmetic procedure which helps the teeth have a whiter appearance. We offer take home kits or in chair teeth whitening treatments. Results differ between individuals.
We also offer cosmetic dentistry treatments like Porcelain Veneers for patients looking to enhance their smile.
Gum Disease or Periodontitis Treatments
There are 2 main stages of Gum Disease: Gingivitis and Periodontitis. We offer treatments for both stages at our clinic.
Custom Sports Mouth Guards
We also offer custom sports mouth guards. After the first consultation, the dentist will take an impression of the patient’s teeth and then send it off to the dental lab to pour a custom mouth guard. The patient is then scheduled in for a ‘try-in’ to assess if the mouth guard fits perfectly.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
- Does teeth whitening last and for how long?
Teeth whitening is never permanent. In most cases, the treatment last between 6 months to 2 years. This is why the dentist will provide top up take home kits for you.
- Bleeding gums and how to treat them?
Bleeding gums is a sign if gingivitis or inflammation of the gums. Ideally, it would be best to book an appointment with your dentist to assess the severity of the inflamed gums and provide a treatment plan.
- Teeth Grinding, how should I help prevent it or cope with it?
Grinding your teeth or bruxism is usually assessed and pointed out by your dentist. The dentist will advise of preventative measures and/or a treatment plan based on their examination of your teeth.
- Should I go for dental implants if I already have dentures?
This is dependent on your dentist assessment. The dentist will have to see if you are qualified for the treatment as not everyone is suitable for dental implants. The dentist will need to examine your jaw and if there is enough bone in your jaw to be suitable to support the dental implants.
- I am afraid of pain, what pain relief options should I go for when visiting my dentist?
Yes we do have several pain relief options such as oral, local anaesthesia, intravenous (IV) or even general anaesthetic (GA – at hospitals only) sedation options. However it is important to seek advice from the dentist first to see what sedation options you are suitable for.
Note: Any surgical or invasive procedure carries risks. Before proceeding, we encourage you to discuss these matters with a dental professional.
